Shanah Tova!

Gevalt! All this reading almost made me forget.

Happy Rosh haShanah, everybody!

The Jewish New Year, 5766, is upon us. Enjoy an apple with honey, and hope for a sweet year for us all. Already this year looks more promising for me than last year, but I am just thankful to be still around to have another, new chance for life and happiness. Best wishes to you all, Jew and Gentile alike, and may all of your lives be blessed and preserved.

Shanah Tova to all my friends and loved ones, and blessings on the memories of those who have departed from us.

Barukh atah Adonai, Elohaynu, melekh ha-olam she-hecheeyanu v’keey’manu v’heegeeyanu la-z’man ha-zeh. (Amein.)

Blessed are you, Lord our G-d, King of the Universe, who has kept us alive, sustained us, and enabled us to reach this season. (Amen.)

All the best.

Happy New Year to you, too. We need more blessings than many- SSHRC blessings, with any luck!
