If I Can Take This Job, I Promise I Won't Shove It

Applying for about 15 different courses in the area, so I hope that will at least bring me adequate employment for the 2010-11 school year. Been busy working away at apps, course proposals, my online profiles, and my teaching dossier... I sure hope all this results in something. *fingers crossed*

BUT - good news: My advisor says she's been contacted for references, so that means at least one dept didn't turf my app straight away.

I'm holding out hope that I will make it at least to the interview round with a few of these. HOPE HOPE HOPE.

So, that's the news.
