Esteem Is Not a Brand of Car

It is bad enough the way car companies trash significant cultural and religious terms for commercial use (i.e. Mazda and Cherokee). But I draw the line at their use of abstract terms of value. Do they think people completely without Esteem will sink to buying a car bearing the word in the hopes that it is the same thing?

What is next? “Ford Trim Figure,” or “GMC Feelings of Adequacy”? How about the much-anticipated “Pontiac Respectable Genitalia”?

Too bad there is no truth in advertising, or we may live to see the “Carcinogen XE5000.” Or may favourite, “Earth’s Doom V5XL.”

I have less and less hope for our species every day, I fear.

However, I still posted a new review. Enjoy it while you can.
