My lower back feels like it's been tortured. Really, this is the worst back pain I have ever experienced. Stiff, achy, with a touch of spasmodic. It feels wrenched, twisted, strained and stretched on the rack. It may one of the worst pains I've ever had, period.
It would be nice to lay down... But rest is for the weak... or for those without a four month old.
Ouch.
