Last night and tonight, I got automated emails from the student loans people saying they are missing info, and I should look online to see what. But the online thing is so filled with safety crap, it won't recognize me and let me set up an online account to look. Grrrrr. Whatever happened to those old fashioned things called letters? Or even the new fangled thingamajig called a phone?
I hate it when things try to modernize.
