Time to start thinking of questions I will have to deal with.
Some ideas:
- What is the significance of NYC in both romcoms and the Hollywood image of Jews? Might the difference noted in the dissertation be more a locational than religious one?
- What are the greatest weaknesses of your work? The strengths? Where should the work go now? Who do you see as your prime audience?
- Does it matter whether or not the filmmakers had these things in their minds when they made the films?
